ENERGY CO. WEBSITE REVAMP
We redesigned an existing website to be a responsive solution by improving the effectiveness and ease of use of user services.
1. My Responsibility
Redesign the old website to make it more responsive and include a variety of new features.
Heuristic analysis is performed on the website to identify usability issues within the user interface (UI) and pinpoint areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. I have developed new responsive visual designs, incorporating weekly feedback from stakeholders throughout the process.

Lack of standardisation – Web content and functionality has been developed over the years without conforming to an established set of UX and UI standards. This has resulted in an inconsistent user experience across the website, hindering seamless cross-channel standardisation.
3. Visual Designs
Hi-Fidelity Wireframes
In Sprint 1, I created high-fidelity mockups for prioritized pages on both web and mobile. I introduced a new map layout and refreshed UI elements throughout the designs.
Additionally, I implemented new features, such as the ability to toggle between map view and list view, which were missing in the previous version of the website.
