We’ve redesigned customer portal for tele communication provider to their customer’s a fully featured portal to perform actions like view invoices, costs and order products within portal.

Redesign customer portal
with new feautures and
new UI.
I’ve implemented a user-centric and intuitive design approach to enhance usability for clients and their customers. I conduct weekly standups with stakeholders to gather feedback on visual designs and make necessary iterations. I ensure adherence to brand guidelines for a consistent theme across all applications.
My focus on strong visual representations effectively communicates invoices and cost data. Additionally, I’ve created a prototype to highlight the features of the customer portal.
2. User Research
Persona's & Experience map
I interviewed four internal users familiar with the product and its user experience value as part of my user research. After gathering their insights, I created personas and used experience mapping to identify key pain points and areas for improvement.
With just two weeks to develop high-fidelity wireframes and a clickable prototype, I focused solely on user interviews before moving on to the design phase. As the only team member responsible for both UI and UX work, I managed both aspects of the project.
